If you would like to find out if working with ThunderRose Consulting will be helpful for you, your small business, or your family, it's easy to get started.
ThunderRose Consulting usually offers organizing sessions on weekdays during ordinary business hours (9 to 5), but if your schedule precludes that, you may be able to work out a weekend schedule with us. These sessions are usually about 2-3 hours long, but they can be shorter and go longer--they are tailored to your schedule, needs, and situation. Organization sessions can include presorting, decluttering, downsizing as requested. We help you with identifying the things you wish to retain, treasure, toss, or contain. We will try to rely upon containers and storage items already in your possession, but as needed we may also suggest products we can purchase for (or with) you. Together we will work with you to identify the best spots for your essential belongings and treasures and can assist you with resources and removal of any items you no longer want to keep. It's important to keep in mind that we will be happy to help with advice and coaching regarding your choices to keep or dispose of your possessions, but our clients will always be the ones to make the final call on their belongings. Our team can also help you with any needed referrals (from repairs to real estate agents) and with resources for donating, recycling, or disposing of your unwanted items.
It is possible to work with us on a short term basis (one or two organizing sessions) or to set up a continuing relationship to support and maintain the progress you've made. As needed, we can keep in touch between sessions and can be available for coaching by phone or computer if needed.
Prior to beginning any services, Maerian will provide you with a quotation based upon the nature and extent of the work to be performed, the time that will be needed, and any materials that may be necessary to complete the work. She will also determine if she needs to bring in any other team members to support the work needed (installations, heavy lifting, stacking, etc.). Payment is due at the end of each organizing session, and is payable by cash, debit or credit card, or check.
Our moving page gives you an idea of the sorts of moving services that ThunderRose Consulting can provide for you, your family, or your small business. Please note that other than removal of small items, donations to charity, etc.,ThunderRose does not provide loading and/or transportation of your possessions on moving day. Instead, we will act as your agents with your moving company, organize and prepare your items so that they are packed and/or ready on moving day, and manage the moving process so that you can relax and take care of other important tasks.
